The breakfast was satisfying and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were also impressed by the location as it was near some attractions and easy to navigate around the area. The room was clean and comfortable with all the basic necessities provided.
The noise from the street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the neighborhood did not feel safe to walk around and we had to take extra precautions while exploring the area.

Located in a great area, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring nearby Addo park and the historical center. There are several good restaurants in the vicinity. the rooms are charming and peaceful, with big comfortable beds and nice views. Catherine and her staff provide exceptional service and prepared a delicious vegetarian breakfast. the hotel also offers amenities such as DSTV channels and a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
Despite its great location and charming vibe, the hotel needs to work on its cleanliness and towels quality.

The area where I stayed was perfect, close to several restaurants and just a short walk from a park. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, happy to recommend places to visit and eat. The parking was safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind. Additionally, they were able to provide transportation to certain areas, making my trip stress-free.
The room was a bit small and lacked windows with a view. Additionally, the breakfast wasn't as advertised, but offered at a discounted rate instead. Finally, while the staff was fantastic, the stairs leading up to the rooms were steep and narrow, making it difficult to climb with luggage. Nonetheless, overall it was a great experience.
